Our 100% pure boar bristle brushes, with FSC pear wood handles, are crafted with the highest-quality bristles. Boar bristles vary between species, age of the animal, and the climates in which they are raised, and our brushes feature naturally gentle bristles that absorb and distribute natural oils, conditioning and strengthening hair to reduce breakage and aid in the prevention of split ends.

The PW1 and CLC brushes are made in the Black Forest of Germany, in a high-quality shop that has been crafting brushes for more than three generations. The brushes are then sent to our facility in Idaho, USA, where they are inspected, engraved, and packaged.

If your hair is thick, we recommend the CLC or CLC-MAX brushes, which feature stiffer Calcutta boar bristles that are better suited for medium to thick hair. For brushing wet hair, we suggest our PWW wood bristle brush. It's best to use our boar bristle brushes on dry hair, as wet hair is more fragile.

Proper care is essential for prolonging the life of your natural brush. Keep it free of loose hair by using a brush cleaner or a fine-toothed comb. Wash the brush in lukewarm water mixed with a touch of shampoo, rinse it in clear water, and dry the handle with a soft cloth.
